Let a script, a CI job or a webhook send messages as you without your password. A key can only send: it cannot change your board, read your feed or sign in here. Your browser and all your keys share one send rate limit.
Copy it now. It is shown once and never stored.
Use it as a bearer token:
Get a board on your desktop
the-stream-view is a small always-on-top window that behaves like a board on the wall: it signs in to the broker with the name and password you just used and shows the same scrolling messages, sprites, idle screens and LED strip the real panel does. No board needed.
It is a single file — save it anywhere, then run it as yourself:
Once it is up: T always-on-top · B strip layout · +/- size · D title bar · Q quit. It listens on your own name and every department, and never touches the board on the wall.
